Through our interactive exhibits and educational programs, you can learn about boatbuilding, ice harvesting, commercial fishing, shipwrecks, wetlands, Sandusky's role in the Underground Railroad, recreational boating, commercial shipping, passenger boats and much more.

- Upcoming new Underground Railroad exhibit under construction.

- Wooden & Classic Boat Show June 15, 2013 from 9am - 5pm. Hosted at the Paper District Marina by the Maritime Museum, and sponsored in part by Lyman Boat owners Association (LBOA). Registration is $25. Please call 419-624-0274 to register your boat for the show. Bring your boat by trailer or water!

- Join us for a Battle of Lake Erie Bicentennial Celebration at the Christening & Launch of the Oliver Hazard Perry's Longboat on June 15, 2013 at 10am at the Shelby Street Boat Ramp in Downtown Sandusky. Hosted by the Maritime Museum and The Perry Group of Put-In-Bay. Public Welcome!
