Preserve the Past. Engage the Present. Protect the Future.

Our mission is to preserve and share the maritime heritage of the Sandusky area shores and islands while inspiring appreciation for Lake Erie’s history and environment.

When you volunteer with us, you become part of protecting our waterfront story and strengthening our community’s connection to Lake Erie — past, present, and future.

We are a small but active museum, and volunteers are essential to everything we do.

• Preserve artifacts and archival materials
